Abstract · TL;DR

Pattern drop! Second-Hand Sweater Weather and Window Seat socks are NOW available!

01 Intro

I am so excited to announce TWO sock patterns that are now for sale!

Give a warm welcome to the Second-Hand Sweater Weather and Window Seat socks. These patterns are designed to be sisters, not twins. The first pattern, the Second-Hand Sweater Weather socks remind me of an oversized 90’s sweater. Perfectly comfortable, worn-in and the best thing to throw on and go in chilly weather. It features a mock-cable ribbed cuff, with the mock-cables continuing down the sides of the socks. The center of the sock features a pointelle lace pattern bookended with an extended broken rib.

The second pattern, the Window Seat socks, feature a very similar design with more mock cables running down the center panel in place of the lace. If you’re anything like me, you love a sock set and this pattern was designed to work with solid or variegated yarn! Add a contrasting cuff and toe and you have a perfect use to show off that sock set you have been holding onto.

As always, these patterns have been tested by an amazing group of people! Without testers I could never confidently release a pattern that I am proud of.
