Refund policy.

Our patterns are digital files you can download straight away, so we can't take them back once they've been downloaded. That said, we want every purchase to work out, and we'll refund you in these cases:

• You never received it: your download link didn't arrive or doesn't work, and we can't fix it.
• The file is faulty: the PDF won't open or is missing pages, and a replacement doesn't solve it.
• You bought it twice: the same pattern in two orders by mistake.
• You changed your mind before downloading: you haven't downloaded the pattern yet and ask within 14 days of buying.

If you find a mistake in a pattern, tell us: we'll correct it, and the fixed version will be on your download page for free.

How to ask

Email sadie@physicsandfiberarts.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and what went wrong.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. A full refund ends access to the refunded patterns' download page.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
